Reception staff were efficient but understanding. The nurse I saw regarding vaccinations for overseas travel was efficient but gentle in her procedures. She also showed interest in me and close family. In the recent past another nurse showed the same care and attention during unrelated treatment. The doctor I normally see also treats me with the same approach.

Great surgery with a fantastic team of staff. No one really wants to visit the doctors, at least I don't, but a visit to Caldbeck surgery is no hardship. The service is fantastic and the doctors and nurses are great. Equally the dispensing staff and receptionists are always helpful and friendly and efficient.
